George Anthony Coaching provides digital services only. We do not ship physical products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when clients can expect to receive their purchased services.

1. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, clients will receive confirmation via email within 24 hours.
Personalized workout plans, nutrition guides, and coaching materials are delivered electronically (via email, Google Docs, or client portal).
Access details for coaching sessions (Zoom links) will be provided by email or scheduling platform.

2. Processing Time

Standard plans and onboarding materials are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after payment and intake form submission.
Customized workout and nutrition plans may take up to 5 business days, depending on the level of personalization required.

3. Coaching Sessions

Zoom coaching calls are scheduled in advance at mutually agreed times.
Links for sessions will be delivered via email/calendar invite at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.

4. Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital materials within the stated timeframe:

5. No Physical Shipping
